Cookie policy
One cookie, strictly necessary, set only on the page with the contact form. That is why you will not see a cookie banner on bng.eu.
What a cookie is
A small file the site leaves in your browser and reads back on the next request. Some are needed for the site to work; others follow what you do, on it and on other sites. We use only the first kind.

It is set only on the page that carries the contact form, that is, the home page. On every other page, this one included, we set no cookie at all.
It is HttpOnly (JavaScript cannot read it), SameSite=Lax (it is not sent on requests started from another site) and Secure (it travels over HTTPS only). It holds nothing about you: it is a random string, used for a single check.
Why you get no cookie banner
The law requires consent for cookies that are not necessary for the service you asked for — analytics, advertising, tracking. Strictly necessary ones are exempt. Since we set no cookie beyond the strictly necessary one, there is no consent for us to ask for, and a banner that asks for nothing would be just one more obstacle.
The rules are those of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and of Romanian Law no. 506/2004 on the processing of personal data and the protection of privacy in the electronic communications sector.
What we do not set
- no analytics or visitor-counting cookie;
- no advertising or remarketing cookie;
- no cookie from another domain — the site loads nothing from outside itself, so no one else has anywhere to put one;
- nothing in localStorage, sessionStorage or any other browser storage;
- no pixels, no embedded maps or videos, and the fonts are hosted by us, not pulled from an external network.
How you control them
From your browser settings you can delete cookies or block them, for the whole internet or just for bng.eu.
If you block them for bng.eu, the site stays whole and readable. The only thing that will stop working is sending the contact form: the anti-CSRF check has nothing left to rest on. In that case, write to us directly at contact@bng.eu.
Changes
If we ever add a cookie, the table above changes with it. And if it is one that requires consent, you will also get the choice, before it is set. The date at the top of the page says when it was last changed.
